RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 28 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.

Please note that sourcing requests are not eligible for return or refund. A sourcing request refers to any product that has been specially ordered or procured at your request, including custom-made or personalized items. Because these orders are sourced in specifically for you, they cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned once confirmed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We are happy to offer exchanges within 28 days of delivery, provided the requested replacement item is available. If it is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain products cannot be returned, including underwear, hosiery, and swimwear (unless they are unopened and unused), as well as beauty and grooming products.
